You can ask for other information such as Company, Postcode and you also have up to three custom fields where you can ask anything you want.
If you do want your track and trace app to ask question, no problem, ask as many as you like. These can be simple Covid related questions such as do you have Covid symptoms or more complex questions involving videos and diagrams.
